Do you have a newsletter? Can I subscribe?

Yes, we are launching our newsletter towards the end of 2019 when you will be able to receive all the latest and greatest product news in your inbox.

I missed a special offer. Can I still get it?

No. Once the special offer expires the deal is over. Be sure to order immediately to avoid disappointment.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file on your computer that remembers stuff so you don’t have to. For example, it’ll remember your login details and what’s in your shopping cart. If you don’t allow our intelligent cookie to be stored on your computer, you won’t be able to use our website properly.

Are my purchases under warranty?

Yes, all products carry its full 2 year warranty from date of purchase. That is the beauty of dealing directly with the official importer of your most sought after cycling brands.

My shoes/helmet does not fit

Are you within your 5 days purchase date? Do you still have the original box and packaging with no stickers, markings or damage? Are the tags still attached to the product? If and only if the answer is yes to all of the above questions can you exchange your order. Please visit our online store and purchase an ‘exchange’. Now it is time to package your incorrect fitting order and get it ready for the collection. Use the waybill and baggie provided for your convenience. Do NOT sellotape/ducktape/mask tape the box please.  Once you are happy with your packaged parcel, the courier will collect your incorrect fitting order. Upon receipt the product will be inspected to ensure it is still in the condition it was delivered in and the new size shipped for a speedy delivery. Please email info@thepeloton.co.za if you have any questions or uncertainties.

My order was damaged upon arrival. What can I do?

Please endorse the waybill immediately before the courier leaves. This way we can hold the courier company responsible. Contact us immediately by sending us an email to info@thepeloton.co.za.

How do I return my order to you?

Are you within your 5 day purchase date? Do you still have the original box and packaging with no stickers, markings or damage? Are the tags still attached to the product? If and only if the answer is yes to all of the above questions can you return your order to us. Now proceed to visit our online store and purchase a ‘return’.

Can I return my order to you via my own courier company?

Yes, you are most welcome. Keep in mind that the same rules apply as when we collect from you.

I do not know what size to order

Neither do we, that is why we offer you a very accurate sizing chart. For DMT cycling shoes, investigate your current UK shoe size and compare it to the European DMT size chart.

I want to visit you and try on the different models

This is an online store for you to shop on the line. Our warehouses are not open to walk-in customers. Our stock is under lock-down security 24/7. Please send us an email if you have any questions info@thepeloton.co.za.

Making payments

What is your banking details?

If you’re paying by EFT, quote your order number and send proof of payment immediately to info@thepeloton.co.za. EFT payments might not show in our bank account immediately so you need to make sure we are aware of your payment so we can send out your order without delay!

How come you guys know my credit card number?

We don’t. We use a “tokenisation” system called 1Click provided by MyGate to make credit card payments effortless. This means that they keep your credit card on file. And that is one super secure file. We, on the other hand, only keep the data you can see on the checkout page: the name, part of your credit card number, and the expiry date: not nearly enough for us (or anyone else) to replicate your card.

This is in line with international standards.

What methods of payment are available?

Credit Card and EFT.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. AMEX is not accepted.

Is this safe?

All transactions are handled by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. All information transferred throughout the payment process is secured with a 2048-bit encryption key over SSL.

That means that this information cannot be traced, intercepted or used by unauthorised third parties. Your credit card information will not be kept in our system.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?

Delivery to your door will take 48 hours. After ordering, processing and preparing your order we will send you a tracking number that you can use to see where your delivery is.

Can I order from a location outside South Africa?

This is a bit tricky. What we could suggest is making a friend in South Africa and ask them to order it for you and they can send it on.

Can you deliver my order to my office?

Yes. Keep in mind that once the courier guy delivers the parcel to the front desk/reception, the order is deemed delivered. It will be up to you to run around the building looking for the person who signed for your parcel. Give us clear instruction if we need to look for your green door.

I want to ship to my post box with the SA postal service.

No. We do not ship to post boxes and only accept physical addresses where a person can receive your order. Please do not try and bypass this Peloton law by typing in a PO Box address. We do not ship to PostNet either.

Does the price include shipping?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, all purchases include shipping. Keep in mind re-delivery of your ‘not-fitting’ and ‘I don’t like the colour’ order is for your own pocket… as well as the cost to return the ‘not-fitting’ and ‘I don’t like the colour’ item back to our offices.
